1. No additional work will be done other than quoted without written agreement from both Light-Art Photography and the client.

2. Traveling costs (current AA tariff) will be charged for additional visits to acquire information, photos, video footage, etc., if further than 20 km from Pretoria CBD.

3. Light-Art Photography will not be held responsible for the use of any copyrighted material (official logos, photos, etc.) supplied or requested by the client. Light-Art Photography will, however, assist the client in getting the necessary permissions if needed. Any costs arising will be for the account of the client.

4. All design changes requested after designs have been approved and signed off, or after 3 changes, will be charged for additionally.

5. Model Release: I, the parent/guardian/subject/client, hereby grant Light-Art Photography and Light-Art Photography's assigns and transferees the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, reuse, publish, and republish photographic portraits, pictures, or footage of their clients without restriction as to changes or transformations for any legal and non-pornographic purpose whatsoever.

I, the parent/guardian/subject/client, hereby relinquish any right to examine or approve the completed product, the copy or any printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith, or the use to which it may be applied. This agreement shall be binding upon both parent/guardian/subject/client, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

6. Copyrights on material used by Light-Art Photography in general (e.g., photos, maps, etc.) will be for the account of Light-Art Photography and are included in the package price.

7. Cancellation or failure to complete the commission by the client will result in loss of amounts paid. The Client will still be liable for the hours worked.

8. Cancellation or failure to complete the commission by Light-Art Photography will result in a refund of payments made.

9. We reserve the right to extend any deadline by up to two (2) weeks should an unforeseen occasion arise that warrants such an extension or should the feedback required to meet said deadline not be provided within a reasonable amount of time.

10. All changes or additions that fall outside of the project scope are charged at the agreed-upon hourly rate (usually R650 per hour).

12. All IP in regards to edit techniques and creative development of any footage captured and edited by Light-Art Photography will remain the sole property of Light-Art Photography. This does not pertain to the raw footage, only the edit of said footage.

13. In the unlikely event of a creative difference of opinion, the client is welcome to discontinue the services of Light-Art Photography, who will hand over all raw footage from the assigned project. However, all funds due will be settled by the client before such handover. 

14. All quotes are valid for 14 days from issue.
