Scheduling: The photo shoot must be scheduled and completed before the expiry date.  Please contact Leon Laubscher at 0720991434 or leon@light-art.co.za to book your session.  Booking is subject to availability.
Location: The complimentary photo shoot will take place at a location within a 20km radius of Menlyn Maine, Pretoria.  Locations outside of this radius may be possible but will incur a travel fee of R 5 per additional kilometer.  This fee will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the shoot.
Location Entry Fees:  Should the chosen location require an entry fee (e.g., a park or venue), this fee will be the responsibility of the certificate holder.
Image Selection: Following the photo shoot, you will be invited to come and see the edited images from the session from which to select your one complimentary image.
Additional Images: Should you wish to purchase additional images beyond the complimentary one, they are available for purchase at R150 per image.  Details regarding purchasing additional images will be provided after the shoot.
Transferability: This gift certificate is transferable to friends and family of the original recipient.
Cancellation/Rescheduling:  Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your photo shoot.  Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the certificate.
No Cash Value: This gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
Copyright: Copyright of all images remains with Light-Art Photography.  You will receive a personal print release for your chosen image(s), allowing you to print and share the images for personal use.
Other:  Any other costs incurred (e.g., prints, albums, etc.) are not included in this gift certificate.
